We’re looking for a Tax Manager to join our Core Tax Group. You’ll work across a diverse range of engagements—pass-through entities, C-Corporations, multi-state returns, and individuals—while playing a key role in mentoring staff and maintaining the high standards our clients expect. What You’ll Do

  • Review and manage complex tax returns, including pass-through entities, C-Corps, and individual filings
  • Oversee multi-state compliance and ensure timely, accurate filings
  • Lead engagements and guide workflow across multiple client types
  • Mentor and develop staff, helping them grow and succeed
  • Partner with Accounting and Audit teams to improve processes and data flow
  • Assist with IRS and state notices, audits, and inquiries
  • Stay current on tax developments and proactively address client impact

What We’re Looking For Must-Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • CPA or EA license
  • 5–10+ years in public accounting
  • Strong experience with pass-throughs, C-Corps, and multi-state tax
  • Experience managing engagements and reviewing staff work

Work Environment

  • Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 (based on experience)
