As the brand continues to expand, we are seeking someone who can help build and grow the brand together through influencer marketing, social media strategy, and community engagement. ＜Job Overview＞ This position will support the company’s brand growth through influencer coordination, social media marketing, and content collaboration activities. The ideal candidate is someone who understands social media trends, enjoys building relationships, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. ＜Responsibilities＞ ・Coordinate and manage relationships with influencers and content creators ・Support influencer marketing campaigns and collaborations ・Assist with Instagram, TikTok, and social media marketing activities ・Help develop social media content and branding strategies ・Communicate with influencers regarding campaigns, schedules, and partnerships ・Track engagement and campaign performance ・Support promotional events and brand collaborations ・Collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives ＜Requirements＞ ・Legally authorized to work in the U.S. ・Japanese-English bilingual required ・Strong communication and organizational skills ・Ability to multitask and work independently ・Flexible and adaptable in a startup environment ・Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends ＜Ideal Candidate＞ ・Interested in wellness, healing, mindfulness, and lifestyle-related fields ・Actively shares their own lifestyle, values, or personal brand through social media ・Resonates with brand values such as natural living, wellness, beauty, and mindful lifestyle ・Strong relationship-building and communication skills ・Comfortable working in a flexible and fast-changing startup environment ・Yoga and/or breathwork certification is a plus ・Has 5,000+ social media followers preferred (engagement quality prioritized over follower count) ・Currently based in Hawaii or able to actively work locally ＜Preferred Qualifications＞ ・Experience as an influencer or content creator ・Experience in lifestyle, wellness, beauty, or hospitality industries ・Content creation, branding, or marketing experience If you are interested, please send your resume and social media accounts/portfolio.
