Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update metadata for new and existing titles in careerzynith’s extensive content library, including titles, descriptions, genre tags, release dates, and regional availability.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of incoming data feeds, verifying completeness, consistency, and compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—Product, Engineering, Content Acquisition, Legal, and Localization—to resolve data discrepancies and ensure seamless data flow across systems.
  • Identify, document, and remediate data anomalies, using investigative techniques and tools to trace root causes and prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to careerzynith’s data security protocols, safeguarding sensitive licensing and contractual information.
  • Generate regular reports on data quality metrics, highlighting trends, improvement opportunities, and the impact of corrective actions.
  • Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to data entry workflows, validation rules, and automation opportunities.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior data entry staff or temporary contractors, fostering a culture of precision and accountability.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in data management, information systems, or a related field is a strong plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a data entry, data validation, or similar role, preferably within a media, entertainment, or technology environment.
