Experienced Integrated Data Analyst – Remote Data Entry Jobs Work From Home with careerzynith

Job Summary: We're looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Integrated Data Analyst to work remotely from home as part of our Data Integration Group (DIG). As an Integrated Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for serving as a subject matter expert for all Integrated Data Collection and Analysis Tool (IDCAT) related analyses, supporting Advanced Qualification Program (AQP) activities, and performing administrative IDCAT responsibilities. You'll work closely with our Flight Ops Safety team to analyze data, identify trends, and provide concise, indicative insights to inform our Flight Ops Training programs. Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly FAA reports
- Administer all aspects of the IDCAT software, including customer assistance and feedback monitoring for Flight Instructors/Evaluators during observation data access into IDCAT
- Support all Integrated Data Collection and Analysis Tool (IDCAT) software-related administrative responsibilities, including accounts, new command assistance, etc.
- Download Tableau data to the careerzynith server and populate current dashboards
- Analyze, create, and visualize data in Tableau workbooks/dashboards
- Categorize and manage Instructor/Evaluator measured devices and feedback for assessment
- Support IDCAT observation form format and generate/create data collection office work within the software
- Perform daily education data analyses as defined in AC 120-54a and identify gaps in effectiveness in current Flight Ops Training and represent Flight Ops Safety in selection discussions
- Assist in, and provide assessment assistance for the quarterly data examination of the Data Integration Agency (DIG) and AQP. Execute and deliver data requests as needed to support the Flight Ops Training (AQP) staff
- Execute IDCAT Inter-Rater Reliability data assessment and facilitate IDCAT academic content
- May perform exceptional task responsibilities as directed by Employee's Leaders Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Intermediate analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Broad knowledge of database management, assessment of big and complex databases, and data visualization skills required (Tableau, Alteryx, etc.)
- Knowledge of integrating qualitative and quantitative datasets
- Intermediate knowledge of statistics and math concepts. Must be detail-oriented and have strong research skills
- Knowledge of enterprise airline operations and proficiency in building relationships with all levels of Employees
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite; experience in developing presentations and should possess strong writing, speaking, and presentation skills
- Excellent partnering, communication, and negotiation skills in working with diverse Teams and Departments
- Ability to resolve complex problems and perform task responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Ability to manage multiple situations and adopt new techniques and methodologies if necessary to efficiently meeting company objectives
- Ability to be energetic, self-motivated, own a strong work ethic, and willingness to excellence Education:
