Job Summary:

We're seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our data management team, you'll be responsible for accurately inputting data into our systems, ensuring proper formatting, and maintaining data integrity. You'll collaborate with other departments to manage data processes efficiently and provide data-related reports when needed. Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately enter large volumes of data into our systems in a timely manner, ensuring data accuracy and resolving discrepancies

• Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies, ensuring proper formatting and consistency across databases
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to careerzynith's data protection policies
• Assist with maintaining and updating databases, ensuring data is up-to-date and accurate
• Provide data-related reports when needed, using data visualization tools to present insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with team members to improve data management processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on data quality and integrity
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), with experience using data visualization tools and software
• Experience with data entry, administrative support, or related roles is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies
