• Managing a team of junior customer service representatives (in the future)

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote work arrangement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
