Key Responsibilities  Conduct engaging, interactive, and tailored one-on-one lessons for students  Utilize provided teaching resources to facilitate effective instruction  Adapt teaching strategies and materials to accommodate the unique needs of each student  Foster a positive, supportive, and encouraging learning environment  Maintain clear and consistent communication with students and parents, offering feedback and progress updates Required Skills  Strong communication abilities  Proficiency with technology and a willingness to utilize educational applications  Capability to modify teaching methods and resources to fit individual student requirements  A positive and supportive approach to teaching Qualifications  Bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related discipline  Valid teaching certificate or qualification recognized by local or state authorities  Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience, including local and/or international education settings  A stable internet connection and a Windows computer with an Intel Core i5 (8th generation or higher) CPU for compatibility with teaching applications

Compensation
