Weekend Remote Receptionist (Key Basis IV & Wellness)
Key Basis IV & Wellness is a Miami-based concierge wellness company providing mobile IV services. We’re looking for a dependable, personable Weekend Remote Receptionist to support our clients and mobile nursing team. This role is fully remote. Schedule & Pay
- Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
- $15/hour
- Remote, phone-based role We’ll start with weekend coverage, with the opportunity to expand hours and days over time for the right person. What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and messages
- Speak with clients in a calm, friendly, and professional manner
- Schedule and coordinate mobile IV appointments
- Communicate with nurses and internal team members
- Follow clear processes and keep accurate notes
- Learn basic Miami geography and traffic patterns to schedule realistically Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in reception, customer service, or call handling
- Pleasant, professional phone presence
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable following structured processes
- Willing to learn and grow with the role Florida-based candidates or those familiar with Miami are a plus, but not required. Training & Support
