Virtual Event Coordinator – Remote Role for Freshers

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Virtual Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This remote role is perfect for freshers looking to launch a rewarding career in virtual events, project coordination, and client engagement. You will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing online events including webinars, workshops, training sessions, and corporate meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • * Coordinate, schedule, and manage virtual events end-to-end using tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.
  • * Communicate with speakers, hosts, attendees, and internal teams to ensure smooth event logistics.
  • * Create and distribute event invitations, reminders, and follow-ups via email and social media.
  • * Assist in designing event agendas, presentation materials, and virtual backdrops.
  • * Monitor live sessions for technical issues and provide support to participants.
  • * Track event metrics, compile reports, and share feedback with stakeholders.
  • * Maintain an event calendar and support marketing campaigns tied to events.
  • * Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * Bachelors degree (in progress or completed) in any discipline. Open to freshers from all educational backgrounds.
  • * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • * Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • * Comfortable using video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
  • * Professional, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Experience
  • * No prior experience required.
  • * Internship, volunteer, or college-level event coordination experience will be an added advantage.
  • * Comprehensive training will be provided to selected candidates.
  • Working Hours
  • * Flexible working hours based on event schedule.
  • * Mostly weekday hours with occasional weekend assignments depending on event timelines.
  • * Part-time and full-time roles available to suit student schedules or remote lifestyle preferences.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • * Ability to think quickly and problem-solve in a live virtual environment.
  • * Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • * Familiarity with basic digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • * Creative approach to event planning and participant engagement.
  • * Ability to work independently and deliver results in a remote setup.
