Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and professional Legal Case Manager to support our growing legal team. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and enjoys both administrative and client-facing responsibilities. You will play a critical role in supporting case progression, maintaining client communication, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple practice areas. Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m. PST Monthly compensation: 1,220 to 1,320 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Request, track, and organize medical records and documentation Maintain organized case files and track deadlines Ensure all communications reflect professionalism and clarity Support attorneys with case preparation Assist with pre-litigation case development (Personal Injury) Draft motions, pleadings, and legal documents (training provided) Communicate with clients and medical providers via phone and email Requirements: Legal background or prior law firm experience preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism and accountability Clear speaking voice with strong articulation Ability to handle sensitive client interactions with emotional intelligence Strong grammar and attention to detail Tech-savvy and adaptable to systems/processes Work Shift: Languages: English, Spanish Ready to dive in?
