Job Summary As an Assistant General Manager at U-Haul, you will be responsible for:

• Miscellaneous Duties: Perform miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches, brake controllers, and other equipment.
• Ongoing Training: Participate in ongoing training and development through U-Haul University.

Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant General Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and assigning team members to ensure that customers receive an excellent first impression and the highest quality of care.
• Running daily operations of the center in the general manager's absence.
• Making moment-to-moment decisions to allocate time and resources to appropriate initiatives.
• Performing miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches, brake controllers, and other equipment.

Requirements and Qualifications To be successful as an Assistant General Manager at U-Haul, you will need:
