In this role, you'll work closely with clients to design, book, and manage travel experiences that match their unique preferences. Whether it's a family vacation, a business trip, or a luxury getaway, you'll ensure every detail is handled with care and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, budgets, and preferences
- Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and travel options
- Manage reservations for flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and vacation packages
- Provide ongoing support and solutions for clients before, during, and after travel
- Stay informed on travel policies, promotions, and industry trends
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for travel and helping others create meaningful experiences
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous customer service, sales, or travel experience is a plus (not required)
