Travel Client Success Coordinator

Role Summary We are currently seeking organized and customer-focused individuals to join our growing remote team as Travel Client Success Coordinators. In this role, you will help support clients throughout the travel planning process by assisting with reservations, coordinating trip details, and providing responsive customer service to help ensure a smooth experience from booking to departure. This opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying detail oriented, and managing responsibilities independently in a flexible remote setting. No previous travel industry experience is required, as training and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and remain organized in a remote environment Comfortable using computers, online booking systems, and communication platforms Reliable internet connection required Self-motivated with strong attention to detail Must be at least 18 years old Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, or Spain or other qualified countries
