Transactions Coordinator With Real Estate Experience for Fast Growing Investment Company! - Contract to Hire

Are you highly organized, a great communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re a growing real estate wholesaling company looking for a driven Transaction Coordinator to join our team and help us reach our goals! This is not a slow, sit-back-and-wait role. We close deals fast and we need someone who owns their pipeline, moves with urgency, and keeps every deal on track from contract to close. What You’ll Do ? Manage active transactions from signed contract to closing ? Coordinate with sellers, buyers, attorneys, and title companies ? Conduct seller and buyer intro calls within 30 minutes of contract signing ? Perform weekly follow-ups with all parties on every active file ? Maintain accurate deal updates in our CRM (Podio) ? Identify problems before they become deal killers and bring solutions ? Support the disposition and marketing process as needed You’re the Right Fit If You: ? Have experience in real estate, transaction coordination, or a related field ? Are extremely responsive — we operate on a 30-minute response standard ? Love being on the phone and are comfortable with persistent follow-up ? Are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive with systems and checklists ? Can work independently without being micromanaged ? Are available Monday–Friday 9:00am–6:00pm EST Compensation ? $1,800/month base (paid weekly) ? Monthly team closing bonuses up to $1,000 additional Details ? 100% Remote ? Independent Contractor ?
