Temporary, Global Marketing Coordinator
Murad is a company in the beauty industry looking for a Global Marketing Coordinator to support their marketing team. The role involves managing various marketing tasks to contribute to the brand's growth over a temporary period of three months.
Responsibilities
- Develop launch presentations
- Manage cost sheets and bill of materials with cross-functional teams
- Assist with copy document development and communication with Channel leads
- Present and align with cross-functional teams and Senior Leadership
- Point person for the Creative department to ensure product artwork is submitted on time and accurately
- Submit creative requests for new product launches
- Checking proofs, copy, and standard approvals
- Assist Brand Managers on new product development
- Manage translation requests
- Identify trend opportunities through the analysis of market data and product trends reports
- Monitor and develop analysis of consumer feedback and insights
- Organize product copy library
Skills
- 1-2 years relevant marketing experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
- Must be an excellent team player with the ability to build, foster, and nurture relationships with members of the global marketing team and cross-functional teams
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with un-prompted follow-through
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Personal leadership and accountability
- Strong attention to detail
- Creative thinker, self-starter
- Strong verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of global beauty and/or luxury goods markets
- Preferably in fashion and/or beauty industry
