What you'll own
- Serve as a dentist PC owner to comply with Corporate Practice of Dentistry (CPOD) and Corporate Practice of Medicine (CPOM) laws, entering into a formal agreement.
- Maintain flexible fractional hours, owning your own schedule. Typically under 1 hour/month.
What you should bring
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree with active licensure in all 50-states. (Active licensure is needed, not just eligibility for licensure.)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Commitment to uphold ethical standards and best practices in clinical care.
