Job Summary The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Telehealth Coordinator to join our growing team in a fully remote role. As a Telehealth Coordinator, you will serve as the primary link between patients, healthcare providers, and the telehealth platform, ensuring seamless scheduling, smooth operations, and an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • * Coordinate and schedule telehealth appointments for patients and healthcare providers.
  • * Manage patient communications, including appointment reminders, follow-ups, and service-related inquiries.
  • * Ensure patient records and medical documentation are accurate and updated in the system.
  • * Troubleshoot basic technical issues patients or providers may face with the telehealth platform.
  • * Collaborate with medical staff to ensure timely care and address patient concerns efficiently.
  • * Monitor and report on daily telehealth operations to ensure compliance with healthcare protocols.
  • * Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company data security standards.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • * Prior experience in telehealth coordination, hospital administration, or medical office support.
  • * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
  • * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • * Proficiency in using telehealth platforms, EHR/EMR systems, and video conferencing tools.
  • * Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with minimal supervision.

1–3 years of experience in healthcare administration, patient coordination, or telehealth operations.
