Team Lead - Client Services, Qualitative

Work from home Full-time role Hiring

Konovo is a global healthcare intelligence company on a mission to transform research through technology- enabling faster, better, connected insights. Konovo provides healthcare organizations with access to over 2 million healthcare professionals—the largest network of its kind globally. With a workforce of over 300 employees across 5 countries: India, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the United Kingdom, Mexico, and the United States, we collaborate to support some of the most prominent names in healthcare. Our customers include over 300 global pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, research agencies, and consultancy firms. As we transition from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform, we are expanding our remote team. We are looking for a Qualitative Team Lead to lead a team of 5-8 Senior Project Managers, ensuring the successful execution of client projects, while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction, and driving operational excellence. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring all projects align with business objectives and client expectations. This is a full-time employment opportunity with Konovo, not a contractor arrangement, offering the stability, benefits, and career growth that come with being part of our global team. Candidates must be based in Mexico and authorized to work in Mexico without current or future sponsorship requirements. How You’ll Make an Impact: Lead and coach Senior Project Managers to deliver high-quality qualitative research at speed, meeting client expectations and enabling better, connected insights. Translate client objectives into clear qualitative research plans, actionable execution strategies, and measurable outcomes. Build and maintain a culture of client-first execution and continuous improvement- developing, coaching, and retaining a high-performing team that meets Konovo’s standards for service excellence. Remove blockers quickly in a fast-paced, tech-enabled services environment by resolving delivery risks, stakeholder misalignment, and client escalations with strong judgment, resolution, and problem-solving skills. Drive predictable execution across concurrent studies by prioritizing effectively, managing dependencies, and maintaining quality in a high-volume environment. Improve operational visibility and rigor by using project management and CRM tools to track progress, risks, and outcomes that support faster, better, connected insights for healthcare clients. What We’re Looking For: Industry experience in healthcare, life sciences, market research, or adjacent sectors where speed, quality, and stakeholder rigor directly impact decisions and outcomes. Bring 5+ years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, market research, hospitality, and food and beverage, or similarly fast-paced client services environments where quality, responsiveness, and stakeholder management directly impact business outcomes. Bonus points if your 5+ years include at least 2 years in direct people leadership roles. Comfort with research delivery and operations tooling—programming systems (Decipher), scheduling platforms, Salesforce, and other data collection tools—supporting Konovo’s transformation toward tech-enabled services. A demonstrated ability to grow and retain strategic client relationships—identifying expansion opportunities and partnering across teams to deliver value over time. Why Konovo? Work on cutting-edge AI-powered solutions and industry-leading services that transform healthcare insights. Be part of a mission-driven company that is revolutionizing healthcare decision-making. Join a fast-growing global team with career advancement opportunities. Thrive in a collaborative, remote work environment that values innovation and flexibility. Make a real-world impact by helping healthcare organizations innovate faster. If you’re eager to build a meaningful career in healthcare market research — and you’re smart, nice, and driven to make an impact — we’d love to hear from you! Apply now to be a part of our journey.
