Job Summary Prepare and review direct tax calculations, tax filings, workpapers, and supporting documentation for non-US jurisdictions, including India, Canada, or the UK. Support tax compliance processes by gathering, validating, and analyzing financial data from internal systems and business stakeholders. Assist with tax provision, reporting, reconciliations, and documentation required for internal and external tax obligations. Research tax regulations and identify potential implications for business operations, reporting, and compliance requirements. Partner with finance, accounting, legal, and external advisors to ensure accurate and timely completion of tax deliverables. Maintain organized tax records, schedules, and audit support documentation in accordance with internal controls and regulatory expectations. Support process improvements that increase accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across tax compliance and reporting activities. Assist with indirect tax, sales and use tax, US federal tax, and SALT-related matters as needed.

Qualifications

CA or CPA designation required. Strong experience with non-US taxation, particularly in India, Canada, or the UK. Demonstrated knowledge of direct tax compliance, reporting, documentation, and analysis. Experience preparing or reviewing tax workpapers, reconciliations, filings, or provision-related schedules. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to interpret tax regulations and apply them to practical business scenarios. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across finance, accounting, and external advisory teams. Preferred experience with US federal tax, SALT, indirect tax, or sales and use tax.
