Key Responsibilities: Combination of IBM and Pure will help Pure storage Level 2 /SME support – 1 HC for 1 year Implement changes (CRs) Incident/issue resolution (P1/P2/P3 incidents) Performance fine tuning Health check automation Migration IBM storage Level2/SME support – 1 HC for 1 year Implement changes (CRs) Incident/issue resolution (P1/P2/P3 incidents) Performance fine tuning Health check automation Migration •Storage Arrays: Dell EMC Compellent (SC Series), EqualLogic, VNX, NetApp FAS , IBM Flash •• SAN Switches: Cisco MDS, Brocade •• Operating Systems: Windows, Linux, AIX •• Virtualization: VMware ESXi and vSphere •• Management Tools: Unisphere, SC Manager, iDRAC, PuTTY, WinSCP ,DSM , IBM Storage Insights •IBM Spectrum Control •IBM Storage Insights for Spectrum Control •Knowledge in Storage Creation and Provisioning. •Trouble shooting hardware failure and co-ordinate with vendor for replacement. •Decommission of server and cabling new server. •Creating Initiator Groups, Port Groups, Storage Groups and Mask views. •Hardware :All FRU replacements. •Sound knowledge on IBM v 5000,V7000,Flash storage •Hands on experience in Dell Emc products What You’ll Love About Working Here We value flexibility and support our employees with remote work options and adaptable schedules to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
