- Conduct comprehensive assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, functional assessments) and translate findings into actionable, individualized treatment plans
- Design and update behavior intervention plans grounded in evidence-based ABA principles — with full clinical autonomy
- Provide remote supervision to a manageable team of RBTs, focusing on quality over quantity
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support meaningful, generalized client outcomes
- Maintain accurate session notes, progress reports, and billing records through our streamlined documentation system
- Participate in ongoing case consultations and peer collaboration (no solo silos here)
Required qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB — non-negotiable
- Maryland LBA license — active, or actively in progress at time of application
- Required for licensing and telehealth service delivery compliance
- Reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection
- Experience supervising RBTs and delivering ABA services across the autism spectrum
