Everforth's internal marketing team, is undergoing a full-scale redesign of one of the Everforth brand's website. We're looking to bring on top-tier freelance talent to help bring this vision to life. We have a defined roadmap for this initiative and are seeking experienced, highly creative professionals who can elevate our digital presence through modern, strategic storytelling. Overview
We're seeking a highly skilled UX Designer / Strategist to help lead the experience strategy for Everforth's brand website redesign. This role will focus on translating business objectives and user needs into intuitive, scalable digital experiences. You will play a key role in shaping the site's structure, navigation, and user journeys, ensuring a seamless and conversion-focused experience across the entire web ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Lead UX strategy for a large-scale enterprise website redesign Define and evolve information architecture, site maps, and navigation systems Design end-to-end user journeys aligned with business goals and user behavior Create wireframes, prototypes, and UX frameworks for landing pages, templates, and components Partner closely with designers, copywriters, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive user experiences Apply data-driven and conversion-focused design principles to optimize performance Ensure scalability and consistency across the site's modular design system
Qualifications
Proven experience leading UX strategy for enterprise-level website redesigns Strong portfolio showcasing complex digital experiences and UX systems Deep expertise in information architecture, navigation design, and user journey mapping Experience designing for modular, component-based web ecosystems Strong understanding of conversion optimization and user behavior Ability to balance business priorities with user-centered design Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a remote, cross-functional environment In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
