Position Summary The Senior Manager, Informatics is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering data and reporting solutions that support care management operations and population health strategies. This role partners with clinical and operational stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data assets, dashboards, and analytics that enable performance tracking, identify gaps in care, and improve program outcomes. The position ensures data accuracy and consistency across claims, clinical, and vendor sources, and produces actionable insights to inform decision-making, enhance care management effectiveness, and drive continuous operational improvement. Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, informatics, or data engineering, with demonstrated experience supporting care management or population health programs Advanced proficiency in SQL and data manipulation, including development of complex queries, data models, and ETL processes Strong experience with healthcare data sources, including claims, clinical, and care management systems; familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce Health Cloud or similar care management tracking tools Proven ability to translate business and clinical requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate actionable insights from complex data Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Medicaid populations, including familiarity with state reporting requirements Experience supporting care management program evaluation, including tracking outcomes, interventions, and member-level performance Knowledge of data governance, data standardization, and enterprise reporting frameworks Education Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Data Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $67,900.00 - $199,144.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
