You are best suited for the role if you have the following experience, skills, and qualifications 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse and/or site operations or 5+ years and a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Operations/Business or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience direct site leadership or large team leadership of 20+ team members (single or multiple site leader w/ P&L ownership) Ability to travel up to 50% of the time Demonstrate a track record of developing leaders and elevating teams; strong coaching and mentorship capabilities Experienced with WMS/ERP (e.g., SAP/EWM) and data‑driven performance management; comfortable leading through system changes. Successful best practice implementation, process improvement, program management, and change management experience Communicate effectively across levels (frontline to executives) and influence cross‑functional outcomes. Salary range: $107,350 $ 140,895 Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.
