You will conduct in-depth interviews, technical screenings, and provide insightful feedback to both candidates and clients. Strong negotiation skills are essential for closing offers and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, focusing on FinTech. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
