We are now looking for a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join one of our key clients and be the driving force behind their non-tech hiring. If you thrive in dynamic environments, have a proven track record in commercial hiring, and possess exceptional stakeholder management skills to guide senior business leaders, we'd love to talk to you. Key Details: Contract: Full-time B2B Contract Location: Poland or CEE (Remote / B2B friendly) Start Date: ASAP Language: Native/Professional Fluency in Polish and English (C1 minimum) What You’ll Be Doing: Non-Tech Hiring: You will own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for non-tech roles. Strategic Stakeholder Management: You will act as a true consultant and partner to senior business leaders. You will confidently navigate complex requirements, align expectations, and drive hiring decisions. Process Excellence: You will design, refine, and execute structured recruitment processes that ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Market Exploration & Advising: You will map out the local and international talent landscape for commercial roles, advising hiring managers on talent availability, market trends, and competitive compensation. Who You Are: Senior TA Professional: You bring a highly successful track record at the senior level. Master Communicator & Advisor: You possess super strong stakeholder management skills. You are highly comfortable navigating different environments, know how to push back constructively, and can build trusted partnerships with demanding hiring managers. Polish Market Expert: You are a fluent Polish speaker based in CEE, comfortable working on a B2B contract, and deeply understand the regional non-tech talent dynamics.
