We accomplish this through mentoring or training but also by providing great resources and tools.Check out our website for more on our company culture and values.Requirements4-6 years of experience working in SEOCan demonstrate evidence of outstanding SEO resultsA strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking methods, and various sectors of SEO (Technical, On-Page, Off-Page) and developing strategy around all of themExperience with SEO industry programs, such as Moz, Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, GTM, and Looker StudioKnowledge of WordPress or other content management systemsBasic/working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java, and content management systems like WordPress, AEM, Drupal, WebflowFamiliarity with project management systems like Asana and BasecampExperience / interest in integrating AI into SEO workflowsFamiliarity with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, as other digital channels like paid media, social and CRO is a plusResponsibilitiesSuccessfully managing 4 to 6 client accounts and communicating effectively with the client point of contact.Ideating, managing, and optimizing SEO strategies that are rooted in your clients core business goals.
