Develop and launch own Casino Games, as well as operate own CRM, CS and Back-office platforms. Perfect for those who aim to: Oversee payment processing operations within the assigned market; Ensure the smooth performance and availability of payment methods; Identify, investigate, and escalate payment-related issues to relevant providers and internal teams; Coordinate with customer support, marketing, and other stakeholders on payment processing requests and inquiries. Experience you’ll need to bring: 3+ years as a billing/payments manager/specialist or similar role in online payments; Confident in dealing with numbers and processing of financial/transactional information; Advanced Excel and other MS Office software user; Good understanding of online payments technical integrations, funnels, flows; Experience in written and oral communication with foreign customers or partners; Good understanding of payment and transactional systems and services.
