What You’ll Be Doing As a key member of our legal team, you will: ✨ Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients with empathy, professionalism, and responsiveness✨ Manage family law matters from intake through resolution✨ Maintain case files, deadlines, and calendaring using Clio✨ Draft pleadings, discovery, legal correspondence, and simple motions under attorney supervision✨ Support attorneys with mediation preparation and trial readiness✨ Coordinate filings and ensure compliance with Washington State court procedures✨ Meet billing expectations while producing accurate, high-quality work✨ Help create a calm, organized experience for clients navigating difficult transitions ✅ What You Bring to the Team We’re looking for someone who is both technically strong and people-focused. Required Qualifications ✔ 5+ years of family law paralegal experience✔ Experience with Washington State motion practice✔ Knowledge of King, Snohomish, and Pierce County court rules✔ Prior experience working in a billable-hour environment✔ Strong proficiency with:
