Work hand-in-hand with label leadership and marketing to define where the label goes next, creatively and strategically. Make deals happen: structure, negotiate and close agreements with confidence and credibility. Keep your finger on the pulse – from underground buzz to breakout viral moments. What you bring to the table Metal/rock/alternative isn’t just taste — it’s instinct. You know what matters before it trends. You move fast, think independently and take ownership. No ego, no waiting around. Solid A&R experience and a network that actually opens doors. You thrive in chaos, speed and constant change – and know how to navigate it. Fluent English, deal-ready.
