Position Overview: We're looking for a driven, experienced Sales Representative to own the full sales cycle and close deals for our virtual assistant staffing and virtual receptionist services. This isn't an appointment-setting role — you'll be running real sales conversations from day one. Prospects book directly onto your calendar from our Meta ad campaigns. From there, it's yours: you run the call, follow up, and close. We keep the pipeline full so you can focus on what you do best — selling. You'll get daily coaching and ongoing training, work inside a proven system, and have real earning upside. We want someone coachable, hungry, and committed to constant improvement — but who already knows how to sell. Compensation: Base: $1,500/mo USD + Commissions: $1,500 - $3,500/mo USD Total Compensation: $3,000 to $5,000/mo+ USD What you'll do: Run scheduled sales calls over Google Meet using our pitch deck Manage your full pipeline in GoHighLevel — from booked meeting to closed deal Follow up consistently with prospects until they convert or close out Own your numbers and your process end-to-end Participate in daily team trainings and coaching sessions What you need: 2+ years of proven closing experience (not just appointment setting) — this is non-negotiable Confident, clear communicator who can hold a room and drive a call to a decision Experience with a CRM; GoHighLevel a strong plus Self-managed and disciplined with follow-up and pipeline hygiene Coachable, team-oriented, and genuinely motivated to grow
