Daily Responsibilities Make inbound and outbound calls to members. Schedule and confirm appointments. Present benefit options through virtual meetings. Assist members with applications and required paperwork. Maintain accurate client information and records. Follow company procedures and quality standards. Use basic computer systems to complete daily tasks. Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development.

Minimum Qualifications
Strong communication skills. Good time management skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. High school diploma required. Post-secondary education is preferred but not required. Customer service, sales, or retail experience is preferred but not required. Basic computer skills and comfort working virtually.
