As an SDR at Netchex, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth — identifying and engaging net-new prospects through aggressive outbound calling while partnering closely with Account Executives to drive pipeline and accelerate deals. Key Responsibilities: Actively and aggressively seek out new customers through outbound calls Partner with Account Executives to identify contacts, research opportunities, and coordinate outreach strategies Leverage AI capabilities in ways of working Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual activity quotas Accurately forecast and manage pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) Represent Netchex at industry events, conferences as needed Be the kind of teammate people want to sit next to — bring the energy, a positive attitude, and a genuine investment in the team's success, not just your own quota What we are looking for: 1-2 years of B2B sales experience (payroll strongly preferred) Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls daily Comfortable using or eager to learn AI tools to enhance prospecting, craft sharper messaging, and identify opportunities faster than the competition Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated with high energy and a competitive drive Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (CRM tools preferred) How We Show Up at Netchex.
