About the Role

We are seeking a Junior to Mid-level Risk Analyst with a genuine passion for and knowledge of esports and sports betting. However, if you are a fast learner with a sharp analytical mindset or a strong quantitative background, you could also be the perfect fit. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and profiling bettors behavior, identifying product vulnerabilities, and evaluating portfolio performance. You will act as a key point of contact, communicating daily with clients and internal departments, while actively monitoring upcoming wagers and investigating potentially suspicious match activity.

Key Responsibilities

Data & Tool Utilization: Work efficiently with BI tools to extract and interpret data. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of our products and portfolio. Risk Profiling: Profile bettor behavior to detect patterns, risks, and anomalies. Integrity & Monitoring: Monitor upcoming wagers and investigate suspicious matches to safeguard sports integrity. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the trading team and other internal departments. Client Communication: Maintain proactive, daily communication with our clients. Reporting: Conduct ad-hoc analyses and prepare clear, concise reports. What We Look For (Requirements) Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Soft Skills: A reliable, proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends. Language Proficiency: Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken (at least B2 level). Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have) Previous experience in a similar role within iGaming, esports, traditional sports betting, or fintech/banking. Understanding of sharp betting or value betting concepts. A solid overview of the esports ecosystem (tournament organizers, league formats, etc.). Deep knowledge of major esports titles (e.g., Dota 2, LoL, CS2, Valorant). Experience working with AI technologies is considered an advantage. \n \n
