Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, leveraging warm calling strategies to generate leads and nurture relationships
- Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations, presenting tailored technology solutions that meet client needs
- Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently while maintaining a customer-centric approach
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies and improve lead generation efforts
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, follow-ups, and client communications for reporting purposes
Experience
- Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing within the technology or software industry
- Strong background in B2B sales, with demonstrated success in negotiation and closing deals
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns, warm calling techniques, and lead generation strategies
- Knowledge of technical sales processes and business development practices is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying motivated and goal-oriented
