[Remote] Virtual Pharmaceutical Account Manager

They are seeking a Virtual Pharmaceutical Account Manager to implement marketing plans and deliver effective sales presentations to current and prospective customers in a defined territory.

Responsibilities

• Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers to deliver effective sales presentations
• Clearly articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to HCPs and office staff using educational resources and support materials virtually
• Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication in a virtual setting with HCPs and office staff
• Develop and implement a dynamic territory business plan to meet customer needs and achieve goals, as well as understand local & regional market trends for virtual territory

Skills

• Bachelor's degree minimum required
• Minimum 2+ years pharmaceutical sales experience required
• 1+ years specialty sales experience required, Hepatology preferred
• Demonstrated history of documented & consistent achievement of sales performance
• Expert selling skills & strong understanding of medical and scientific concepts, with the ability to apply disease state & product knowledge effectively
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with field sales partners to strategically support shared, high-value accounts
• Ability to provide disease state awareness, profile and patient identification, and document key account dynamics, customer needs, and relevant market information
• 1+ years virtual sales experience strongly preferred
• Strong preference for bilingual proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Vietnamese, or Tagalog
