[Remote] UX Designer — B2B Product
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BayOne Solutions is looking for a talented UX Designer to help shape the next evolution of a complex B2B product experience. The role involves understanding product goals and user journeys to design intuitive experiences that enhance business users' efficiency and satisfaction. The UX Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve onboarding, navigation, and analytics within the product.
Responsibilities
- Understand product objectives, user needs, and business context before designing solutions
- Design end-to-end user experiences including journey maps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
- Think through interaction patterns, edge cases, empty states, and task completion scenarios
- Simplify complex B2B workflows into intuitive and efficient experiences
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to transform requirements into usable designs
- Design dashboards, reporting views, and data-rich interfaces that are easy to understand and navigate
- Validate solutions through user feedback, usability testing, analytics, and iterative improvements
- Contribute to reusable design patterns and ensure consistency across the product ecosystem
- Clearly communicate design rationale and trade-offs to stakeholders and development teams
Skills
- 4–6+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or Interaction Design
- A strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, user flows, interaction design, and problem-solving—not just visual execution
- Experience designing B2B, SaaS, enterprise, analytics, or workflow-intensive products
- Solid understanding of information architecture, usability principles, and user-centered design methodologies
- Ability to simplify complex systems while maintaining clarity and efficiency
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional product and engineering environments
- Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively
- Experience designing CRM, MarTech, AdTech, or campaign management platforms
- Exposure to AI-powered experiences, recommendation systems, or data-driven product features
- Familiarity with product analytics, experimentation, and usability research practices
