[Remote] Technical Recruiter

They are seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, collaborating with clients and utilizing various sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates.

Responsibilities

• Understand hiring needs of clients for various technical positions
• Prepare precise and clear job descriptions, advertise, screen and shortlist resumes, schedule interview and manage candidates throughout hiring process
• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates
• Maintain a database of candidate records, candidate relationships and perform data analysis
• Regular Monitoring and reporting
• Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work

Skills

• B.E. / B.Tech/ B.Sc/ BCA with IT background
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's in IT or relevant degree and PGD in HR Management
• Knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
• Prior experience of recruitment and working knowledge of ATS
• Good understanding of HR terms and policies
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing
• Project management skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and anticipate next steps or needs
• Work effectively both independently and as a team
• Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
• Negotiation skills
