Job Details: Flexible full-time or part-time hours 1099 contract with renewal opportunities Customizable caseload What You'll Do: Assess & Evaluate: Conduct virtual assessments to understand students' needs and determine eligibility for special education services. Create & Implement: Develop tailored Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that align with each student s unique learning goals. Teach & Support: Provide engaging instruction and support through our online platform to ensure student progress. Collaborate: Work closely with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a seamless educational experience. Document: Keep precise records of student progress, services provided, and communication. What We re Looking For: Educational Background: Master s degree or higher in Special Education or a related field. Certification: Valid state teaching certification in Special Education. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Special Education role. Tech Savvy: Comfortable using technology for virtual instruction and assessments. Communication Skills: Strong ability to connect and build rapport in a virtual setting. Commitment: Dedicated to providing exceptional education and support to students with diverse needs.
