The initial engagement is a 30-day paid trial, with the potential for a long-term partnership. Deliverables
- Create and edit 15 high-quality video posts per month tailored to the brand's luxury yet approachable style.
- Post three engaging story updates daily to maintain active community engagement.
- Organize and present content for weekly review and feedback.
- Actively manage community interactions, including responding to comments and direct messages to nurture loyalty and retention.
- Utilize provided brand assets to ensure consistency and alignment with the brand's visual identity.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media for local businesses or premium/luxury brands, with a focus on community-building and retention.
- Strong video editing skills and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
- Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok best practices, including content scheduling, engagement strategies, and analytics.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to embody a warm, inclusive brand voice.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback.
- Based in or familiar with New York City culture and the local pet community is a plus.
- Portfolio or examples of previous community-focused social media work required.
