[Remote] Senior Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sunrise Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support retail marketing and digital creative projects. The ideal candidate will lead project delivery, manage stakeholder communications, oversee project timelines, resources, risks, and ensure successful execution across multiple retail client initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end digital creative projects from planning through delivery
- Gather and manage project requirements with stakeholders
- Manage project schedules, risks, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project governance
- Support capacity planning and portfolio reviews
- Drive process improvements and best practices
- Collaborate with account teams and business stakeholders
Skills
- 4+ years of Project Management experience
- Strong experience with Workfront
- Experience managing Resume Management and Email Management projects
- Digital creative/marketing project management background
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- Experience managing digital creative projects in an agency or in-house creative environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience mentoring and leading cross-functional teams
- 3+ years of Workfront experience
- Knowledge of digital creative workflows
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience working within large enterprise organizations
