[Remote] Senior Product Owner – Customer Experience Digital Platforms (Salesforce CRM Ecosystem)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SPECTRAFORCE is seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to drive the delivery of digital customer experience solutions across the Omnipod ecosystem. The ideal candidate will act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into user stories and ensuring successful delivery through Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand desired business outcomes and drive features through the development lifecycle to achieve those outcomes
  • Convert features into user stories, documenting comprehensive requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Build and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with product vision, goals, and priorities
  • Partner with UI/UX teams on usability studies to incorporate the voice of the customer into product features
  • Manage sprint scope and escalate issues as needed
  • Ensure on-time delivery of features within each sprint
  • Serve as the Product Subject Matter Expert (SME), translating business ideas into solutions and features
  • Provide input on functional solution architecture and design; technical understanding of the product platforms is a plus
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, user story grooming, and estimation activities
  • Collaborate with QA and IT teams to ensure code is reviewed, tested for functionality and security, and meets the Definition of Done (DoD)
  • Work with other Product Owners to maintain alignment across the Omnipod Ecosystem
  • Identify and escalate risks, including security and regulatory concerns
  • Facilitate risk assessments and validation activities with business stakeholders; GxP validation experience is a plus

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of Product Owner experience utilizing Agile methodologies
  • Strong experience in Product Ownership, Agile/Scrum practices, stakeholder management, and Salesforce ecosystem platforms such as SFDC CRM, Salesforce Communities, and Marketing Cloud
  • Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and other software development technologies
  • Experience working within global cross-functional teams, including QA, marketing, development, and business stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, including short-term execution and long-term roadmap planning
  • Positive, results-driven, analytical, and collaborative mindset
  • Passion for continuous process improvement and best practices
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes
  • Strong desire to support and empower teams to succeed
  • Confidence to challenge and advise stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Experience with SFDC CRM, SFDC Communities, Drupal, and Marketing Cloud preferred
  • Technical understanding of the product platforms is a plus
  • GxP validation experience is a plus
