[Remote] Senior Financial Analyst

The role involves partnering with business leaders to drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making while delivering actionable insights to support business performance.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across multiple product and operational teams
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis, delivering actionable insights that support business performance and resource allocation
- Build and maintain driver-based financial models to evaluate revenue trends, operating expenses, workforce planning, and growth initiatives
- Translate complex financial data into clear business recommendations for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Conduct in-depth analyses including ROI assessments, pricing strategies, profitability modeling, and long-range business planning
- Monitor and analyze recurring revenue and key business performance metrics, identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Support executive reporting, management presentations, and strategic planning processes through data-driven financial storytelling
- Collaborate with accounting and operational teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, forecasting alignment, and performance measurement
- Drive process improvements, reporting automation, and planning system enhancements to increase efficiency and scalability
- Develop standardized financial models, reporting frameworks, and documentation to improve consistency and decision-making across the organization
Skills
- 5+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience (required)
- Degree in Finance or Accounting (required)
- Experience in the SaaS, software, or technology industries
- Familiarity with ASC 606 or any consumption based revenue models
- Experience with Adaptive Planning highly preferred
