[Remote] Sales Interviewer & Recruiter

Home Genius Exteriors is one of the fastest-growing home remodeling companies in the country, seeking a Sales Interviewer & Recruiter to join their Talent team. This role focuses on interviewing candidates for their sales organization and supporting recruiting efforts, requiring someone engaging and confident on camera.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual and phone interviews for sales candidates across multiple markets
- Evaluate candidates for culture fit, communication skills, and sales potential
- Clearly explain the Home Genius sales opportunity, compensation structure, and career path
- Maintain a professional and energetic presence while being on camera for much of the workday
- Source and recruit candidates through various platforms and outreach methods
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our ATS
- Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-up communication
- Partner with Talent leadership to ensure hiring goals are met

- Comfortable being on camera for a large portion of the day
- Ability to quickly learn and understand sales roles and career paths
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Previous recruiting, interviewing, sales, or customer-facing experience
