Remote Receptionist - Virtual Front Desk Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Dependable with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

Fast and accurate typing skills.

Quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet connection.

  • Experience
  • *

1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative assistant role (remote experience preferred).

Experience working with scheduling tools and CRM systems is a plus.

  • Working Hours

Flexible shifts available (Full-time or Part-time).

Must be available during core business hours, Monday to Friday.

Occasional weekend availability may be required, depending on client needs.
