[Remote] PXM Delivery Consultant

They are seeking a PXM Delivery Consultant who will partner with technical consultants to translate business needs into data models, run cross-functional workshops, and produce deliverables such as process maps and business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with technical consultants to translate business needs into data models
- Running cross-functional workshops
- Producing deliverables such as process maps, business requirements, user stories, and decision logs
Skills
- 5 to 7 years of experience
- Strong background in retail or apparel merchandising with seasonality-heavy businesses
- Strong experience with Akeneo Implementation
- Experience with product lifecycle, assortment planning, and remodeling data models across PLM, ERP (ideally SAP), and PIM/PXM
- Ability to facilitate workshops and align multi-disciplinary teams on business definitions and requirements
- Good knowledge of data governance practices regarding product and seasonal attributes
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Accountability, collaboration, and time-management skills
- A passion for learning about business daily
