[Remote] Project Manager

Eliassen Group is a strategic consulting firm that helps organizations reach further and achieve more through technology and business advisory solutions. They are seeking a Project Manager to lead the modernization of claims processing by implementing and optimizing EDI workflows and improving automation throughout the claims lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution for claims processing and EDI initiatives
- Coordinate and manage multiple vendors, clearinghouses, and technical partners
- Own and maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and external vendors
- Drive adoption of automated, industry-standard billing and claims workflows
- Provide recommendations on process improvements and vendor solutions
- Identify and manage dependencies across systems, vendors, and teams
- Ensure alignment across stakeholders and maintain momentum throughout delivery
Skills
- Proven experience managing projects involving EDI 837 transactions
- Direct experience with claims processing, clearinghouses, and claims data flows
- Strong vendor management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders
- Experience driving projects in third-party administration (TPA) or similar environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, make recommendations, and advance initiatives
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM or Zoho's low-code environment
- Light technical or coding background
- Experience evaluating, onboarding, or replacing vendors to accelerate delivery
- Background in healthcare benefits, insurance, or related regulated industries
