[Remote] Product Content Syndication Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Heritage Landscape Supply Group, Inc. is seeking a Product Content Syndication Analyst to onboard and enrich product data for retailer partner portals. This role involves ensuring compliance and quality standards while collaborating with various teams to deliver accurate product content across channels.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new items to partner portals, ensuring required attributes, assets, and metadata are complete
- Enrich product data post-onboarding, including data sourcing and asset collection (images, documents, copy)
- Monitor portal compliance, troubleshoot errors for items falling out of enrichment or content standards
- Maintain awareness of retailer-specific content requirements and update as needed
- Support initial mass onboarding efforts aligned with business strategic initiatives, followed by steady-state ongoing item onboarding
- Collaborate with ERP, PIM, and DAM teams to align product data standards and resolve content gaps
- Partner with National Accounts teams to ensure content meets retailer expectations
- Provide feedback to Product Data Operations leadership to improve workflows and explore future integrations that may reduce manual work
Skills
- 3 or more years of product syndication
- Intermediate Excel Knowledge
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Stellar organization and time management skills to prioritize your day and get to all tasks at hand
- High attention to detail
- 3-5 years in Product Syndication
- Knowledge of Roofing products is preferred but not a requirement
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
