[Remote] Procurement Project Manager

The Procurement Project Manager will lead cost savings initiatives and strategic projects that support the supply chain objectives, partnering with various departments to ensure successful execution and reporting of these initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of cost savings and strategic supply chain projects across Winchester sites. You will develop structured project plans covering scope, milestones, owners, risks, and dependencies
  • Partner with Finance to define and validate savings methodologies for cost-related initiatives, ensuring all projects deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Drive execution across Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, and Engineering, owning the project governance cadence and monthly reviews
  • Identify process inefficiencies and lead redesign efforts to improve cost, efficiency, and scalability, ensuring changes are sustained and embedded into standard processes
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise reporting that translates complex project and financial data into decision-ready insights for leadership

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent
  • 5–10 years of project management experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel or Google Sheets
  • Demonstrated success leading cost reduction initiatives with a strong ability to interpret complex data and financial impacts
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, including the ability to deliver executive-level presentations
  • Experience in interconnect, cable, harness, or connector manufacturing is strongly preferred
