[Remote] Mid-Level AI Engineer

As a Mid-Level AI Engineer, you will collaborate with a talented team to design, develop, and optimize AI-powered solutions, applying your skills to real-world challenges and contributing to transformative products.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineers and product teams to design and implement AI models and algorithms
  • Build, test, and optimize AI-driven solutions for automation, analytics, and business process improvement
  • Research and stay current on emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices
  • Work with large datasets to train, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning models
  • Assist in deploying AI models into production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency
  • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team

Skills

  • Experience: 2–3 years in AI, machine learning, or a related field OR a strong academic background with notable AI/ML projects
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical concepts
  • Proficiency in Python (or similar programming languages)
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and curiosity for new challenges
  • Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and adapt to evolving technologies
  • Genuine passion for AI and its transformative potential for businesses
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
  • Experience with Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning
  • Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and ML deployment pipelines
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools
